- Strong knowledge of welding processes, mechanical systems, and industry standards such as ASME, AWS, and API
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs, including hands on practical sessions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments
