Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for aerospace customers, managing inquiries, shipments, and service requests
- Coordinate and monitor air freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Handle end to end shipment processes including booking, documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding shipment status, delays, and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, and customs) to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure data integrity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in customer care and air logistics operations
- Prior experience in aerospace, aviation, freight forwarding, or logistics industry highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of air freight processes, IATA regulations, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time critical shipments
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
