- Develop and implement robust welding procedures (WPS) and performance qualification records (PQR) for various materials and joint configurations
- Conduct rigorous weld inspection and testing, utilizing NDT/DT methods to verify weld integrity and compliance with international codes (e.g., AWS, ASME, API)
- Troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, minimizing rework and material waste
