Overview
- Provide Metallurgical and Welding Support to Engineering disciplines to comply with contractual requirements and with the updated technological criteria.
- Qualification of welding procedure (PQR), preparation of welding procedure (WPS), Weld Plan as per code and project specifications
- Performing various Welding inspections and expediting activities of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Skids, Piping’s, General Fabrication, Structures etc.
- Examining and witnessing the mechanical test required to qualify the materials.
- Surveillance inspection during the Site Construction, fabrication & welding of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping.
- Monitor Contractor’s and subcontractor’s Weld activities for compliance with quality requirement
