Overview
1.
Lead and manage the entire plant start-up process, including not limited pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial run, and formal start up.
Ensure alignment with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
2.
Develop, review and implement start-up plans, procedures, and checklists, including system cleaning, purging, leak testing, inerting and trial operation.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety requirements.
3.
Oversee the coordination and cross-functional teams(engineering, maintenance, operation, HSE, quality) and external stakeholders during start-up activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving interdepartmental conflicts.
4.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
5.
Monitor and optimize start-up performance, including equipment efficiency, product quality, making adjustments to ensure the plant reaches design capacity and operational stability.
6.
Lead and develop the team members, provide training, guidance to enhance team competence, safety awareness, accountabilities and continuous improvement.
