WELDER (Structural Steel) - Weekend Shift

Proven MIG welding experience on structural carbon steel — this is not an entry-level role

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

Strong understanding of fit-up, distortion control, and weld quality standards

Solid attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right the first time

Dependable and safety-conscious — you follow procedures and look out for your teammates

Able to work a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule
