PROJECT ENGINEER (Structural Steel)

2–5 years of structural steel engineering experience in a fabrication, consulting, or AEC environment

BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required

PE license preferred ; EIT actively pursuing PE considered

Proficiency with SDS-2, RAM, and/or MathCAD — or demonstrated experience with comparable structural engineering software

Strong working knowledge of AISC steel design standards and their application in connection and member design

Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting technical concepts to engineers, customers, and academic audiences

Collaborative, team-first approach with the ability to work across departments effectively

Self-starter who manages multiple projects with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
