Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of welders and fabrication workers.
- Perform and oversee welding, cutting, and fabrication work.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.
- Ensure welding work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Inspect completed welding and fabrication work.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and materials.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor and other teams to complete work on time.
