Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance works.
- Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gypsum, painting, and other maintenance works.
- Inspect sites and identify maintenance requirements.
- Manage technicians and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure work is completed on time and according to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers when required.
- Handle maintenance issues and ensure timely completion.
