This position requires a high degree of flexibility.
Approximately 50% travel is expected.
Current travel activity includes Kentucky and Indiana.
Assignments may involve approximately two-week travel periods.
Future travel may include manufacturing facilities and suppliers throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Japan .
Significant overtime may be required during installation and launch periods, including weekends and holidays.

The strongest candidate will be a hands-on technician who enjoys working directly with manufacturing equipment rather than primarily performing desk-based engineering work.
Experience with industrial robots, automated welding equipment, equipment installation, machine debugging, commissioning, or automotive production launches will translate particularly well to this position.
