Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to support paint manufacturing equipment planning and project execution at an automotive manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Kentucky.
This position will support equipment projects from initial planning and specification development through installation, inspection, and implementation. The role is approximately 80% office/project work and 20% shop-floor activity , requiring someone who can manage engineering documentation while also being comfortable working directly with manufacturing equipment and contractors in the field.

- Georgetown, KY – Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Travel: Approximately 30% domestic Overtime: Approximately 15%, including occasional weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and off-hours Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
