The strongest candidate will be a hands-on manufacturing/project engineer who has planned, specified, installed, or supported production equipment in an automotive environment. Experience with paint systems, conveyors, robotics, equipment maintenance, or SEIBI would be particularly valuable.
This is not strictly a desk engineering position—the engineer should be comfortable moving between project planning/documentation and the manufacturing floor to inspect equipment, coordinate work, and help ensure projects are executed successfully.
