Position Summary

Guest Services

• Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
• Move throughout the work area and take a hands-on approach to guest service.

Standards and Physical Duties

• Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects within the stated physical limits.

• The position is not remote and is located at West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
