About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, high performance websites (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Create modern UI/UX designs tailored to each client's brand and goals
- Work with Odoo and WordPress CMS
- Ensure SEO friendly structure, fast load times, and security best practices
- Manage ongoing updates, maintenance, and e commerce functionality
- Own and grow clients' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Plan and execute monthly content strategies — posts, reels, stories, banners
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Handle on page and off page SEO and keyword strategy
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates across channels
- Serve as primary contact for client accounts from onboarding to delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in both web design AND digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of live websites and/or campaigns
- Hands on experience with Odoo CMS (strong advantage) or WordPress
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Confident client facing communication skills
- Ability to manage 3–5 concurrent projects with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree

About the Role
- ITD Innovation is looking for a Website Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
- The role reports directly to the CEO and involves designing websites and managing client digital marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Design and build responsive, high performance websites.
- Create modern UI/UX designs tailored to each client's brand.
- Work with Odoo and WordPress CMS.

- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,000 AED 3,000 per month.
