Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Web Page Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end web development and proven expertise in Shopify development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining custom, scalable e-Commerce websites, with a strong understanding of Shopify Liquid, API integrations and various digital analytics platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Instagram Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customized Shopify themes and templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Create responsive, high-conversion pages for products, collections, landing pages and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end logic using technologies like Node.js, PHP or similar
- Integrate and configure third-party Shopify apps, APIs and other custom services
- Optimize site speed, performance and SEO across all platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, analysts) to ensure seamless user experience and functionality
- Analyze and improve website performance based on data from Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Insights and Google Ads
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, bugs or performance bottlenecks
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies, Shopify updates and eCommerce trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating and customization
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and responsive design principles
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, PHP or equivalent
- Solid understanding of API integrations and third-party app customizations
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization
- Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
Analytics & Marketing Integration Experience
Solid understanding of and ability to work with:
Ø Google Ads and conversion tracking
Ø Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Ø Shopify Analytics and reports
