We’re looking for a Web Analytics Analyst to help our web experience and marketing teams understand how customers engage with our digital experiences. In this role, you’ll translate complex behavioral data into clear insights that guide website strategy, marketing decisions, and experience improvements.

What You'll Do
Measure the impact of website initiatives, marketing programs, design changes, and cross-functional projects.
Analyze customer journeys, engagement patterns, conversion funnels, traffic sources, and page-level performance.
Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and other web experiments.
Use web and behavioral analytics platforms to investigate usability, engagement, and conversion behavior.
Produce recurring reports covering website engagement, session patterns, funnel performance, and emerging trends.
Translate loosely defined stakeholder questions into structured analytical plans.
Conduct ad hoc investigations to identify performance issues, behavioral gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Partner with marketing, web, product, and operations stakeholders to establish measurement requirements and success metrics.
Analyze connections among web traffic, lead sources, customer behavior, and downstream sales-funnel performance.
Develop dashboards, data summaries, and written recommendations that make complex findings accessible to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Monitor analytics data for outages, anomalies, tracking issues, and unexpected performance changes.
Document measurement approaches, analytical findings, and repeatable reporting processes.
What You'll Bring
5 to 7 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related field.
Advanced experience with Google Analytics or a comparable web analytics platform.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation.
Strong understanding of website engagement, conversion rates, click-through rates, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.
Demonstrated experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.

Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $26.44 to $31.25 USD per hour, with a midpoint of $28.58 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
