Position Summary
The Web Developer will own the design, development, and continuous optimization of web properties supporting student recruitment.
The role builds fast, reliable, conversion-focused WordPress websites and optimizes them for traditional and AI-driven search.
This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Operations.
WordPress Development and Site Management
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and templates using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages and lead-capture experiences with marketing and admissions.
- Manage performance, uptime, security, updates, and backups across web properties.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible designs.
