Participate in code reviews and implement recommended improvements.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Prepare deployment documentation and coordinate application releases with the HPWS Program Office.
Track project status and provide regular progress updates to government stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and technical discussions conducted in person or virtually using Microsoft Teams.
Work independently or collaboratively within a software development team to meet project schedules and deliverables.

Ensure web applications conform to Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG 2.0 standards.
Complete all required government training related to cybersecurity, HIPAA, operational security, records management, and information assurance.
Develop training materials and application documentation for HPWS users.
Conduct user demonstrations and training sessions, both in person and virtually, when required.
Support end users by assisting with application enhancements and documenting requested changes.
