About the Role

  • We are seeking a confident, articulate, and professional Wealth Manager to join our expanding team in the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with local and international clients.
  • This role primarily involves client engagement, lead management, and guiding prospects through the wealth advisory process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultations to clients through phone, email, Zoom, and related platforms.
  • Efficiently manage 150–250 daily client interactions while ensuring quality service.
  • Identify new leads, arrange meetings, and manage prospect follow ups.
  • Deliver clear wealth advisory solutions to both local and international clients.
  • Promote and support marketing campaigns, services, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment options.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Roadshows, Real Estate, Sales, or Client Relationship roles (UAE or home country).
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional accent (essential).
  • Fluency in Turkish, Dutch, Italian, and Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Graduate/undergraduate with excellent client handling & presentation abilities.
  • Experience in high volume client interaction roles is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
  • Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
