Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional **Office Boy / Office Assistant** to support the daily operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will uphold **high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality** while assisting with **basic administrative tasks** to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff** in a professional manner
  • **Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments** as required
  • Maintain **cleanliness of the office premises, including pantry areas**
  • **Organize, restock, and manage** kitchen supplies and office materials
  • **Operate and maintain** office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
  • Manage **filing, photocopying, and basic documentation tasks**
  • **Support administrative staff** with routine office duties
  • **Ensure a clean, orderly, and well-presented** work environment at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • **Minimum 1 - 2 years** of experience in a similar role
  • Basic computer proficiency **(Microsoft Word & Excel**)
  • **Strong multitasking skills and ability** to work under pressure
  • **Honest, reliable, and trustworthy** with a strong sense of responsibility
  • **Good command** of English and Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog
  • **Professional appearance** and positive **attitude**

Additional Information

  • **Language Requirements:** English & Hindi/Urdu (preferred)
  • **Relocation:** Must be able to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai prior to starting
