Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Wealth Consultant** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a **Relationship Manager** or **Financial Consultant** in **insurance and investment** domains.
You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, providing investment advice, and ensuring long-term financial growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment and insurance products.
- Promote and sell financial solutions including mutual funds, portfolio management services, life & general insurance, and retirement/wealth planning.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer rebalancing recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments
- Proven experience in providing Consulting services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate financial data and present strategic solutions.
- Prior experience in wealth management or a similar financial advisory role is preferred
- Sponsored Visa Holders are preferred.
- Candidates who are from India and have UAE experience in finance industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
