Bricks Solutions Financial Consultancy is a growing financial consultancy specializing in insurance solutions, investment planning, SIPs, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and wealth management services.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support our insurance and investment operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle backend operations related to insurance and investment products.
- Process client documentation, application forms, KYC, and compliance verification.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, fund houses, and financial institutions for policy issuance and investment processing.
- Maintain accurate client records, investment portfolios, and operational databases.
- Support SIP, mutual fund, insurance, PMS, and AIF transaction processing.
- Track policy renewals, investment updates, and client servicing requests.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and documentation using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases, approvals, and customer requirements.
- Assist the sales and relationship management team with operational support.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Handle customer queries related to documentation, processing status, and renewals.
- Support process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in insurance, investments, or financial services.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products, mutual funds, SIPs, and investment processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CRM or financial software.
- Knowledge of UAE financial services operations.
- Familiarity with compliance and KYC procedures.
