About the Company

Bricks Solutions Financial Consultancy is a growing financial consultancy specializing in insurance solutions, investment planning, SIPs, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and wealth management services.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support our insurance and investment operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle backend operations related to insurance and investment products.
  • Process client documentation, application forms, KYC, and compliance verification.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, fund houses, and financial institutions for policy issuance and investment processing.
  • Maintain accurate client records, investment portfolios, and operational databases.
  • Support SIP, mutual fund, insurance, PMS, and AIF transaction processing.
  • Track policy renewals, investment updates, and client servicing requests.
  • Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and documentation using MS Excel.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases, approvals, and customer requirements.
  • Assist the sales and relationship management team with operational support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Handle customer queries related to documentation, processing status, and renewals.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in insurance, investments, or financial services.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products, mutual funds, SIPs, and investment processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CRM or financial software.
  • Knowledge of UAE financial services operations.
  • Familiarity with compliance and KYC procedures.
