Fresh Graduate Program
is a learning journey designed to equip graduates with the skills needed to thrive in wealth advisory, business support, and financial advisory.
What You’ll Gain
- Foundations in client relationship management
- Training in investment & portfolio structuring
- Exposure to advisory roles for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients
- Insights into alternative investments & global market trends
Client Relationship Foundations
- Learn the fundamentals of relationship management
- Support advisors in preparing client materials and presentations
- Understand client investment goals, risk profiles, and long‑term strategies
- Gain exposure by observing client interactions
Investment & Portfolio Training
- Develop knowledge of investment products, especially alternative investments
- Work with the Investment Team on portfolio construction and evaluation
- Conduct market research to support advisory recommendations
Professional & Technical Skills
- Financial analysis & industry research
- Communication and presentation skills
- Business development fundamentals
- Compliance and regulatory frameworks in wealth management
- Staying informed on global market trends and investor behavior
- What we're looking for
- A bachelor's or master's degree from a strong institution, ideally in finance, economics, business, mathematics, engineering, or a quantitative discipline
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and commercial curiosity
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
- Genuine interest in wealth management, private markets, or financial services
- High integrity and a professional, client-focused mindset
