Program Overview

  • The Young Professionals Program is an intensive 3 month bootcamp + 6 months as Young Professional and development journey designed to prepare exceptional talent for a future role as an Assistant Relationship Manager at The Family Office.
  • Through a combination of classroom training, mentorship, on the job exposure, and rotations across our offices in Dubai, Bahrain, and Riyadh, participants will gain in depth knowledge of wealth & investment management, client relationship management, portfolio structuring & financial analysis, the r
  • At the end of the program, top performers will be considered for a full time Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) position within the Dubai office.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities During The Program

  • Understand the end to end relationship management cycle.
  • Support senior RMs in preparing client materials and presentations.
  • Learn how to assess client investment goals, risk profiles, and long term wealth strategies.
  • Observe client meetings and calls to gain real world exposure.
  • Deepen knowledge of investment products, with an emphasis on alternative investments.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team to understand portfolio construction and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support investment recommendations.
  • Receive structured training in financial analysis, communication, sales fundamentals, and compliance.
  • Participate in rotations with teams in Bahrain, Riyadh, and Dubai.

Who We Are Looking For

  • CFA Level 1 completed (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or junior roles preferred)
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High motivation, eagerness to learn, and career ambition in wealth management
  • Willingness to travel for training (Bahrain & Riyadh)
  • Curious, driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable in fast paced, high performance environments
  • Passion for investments and financial market
  • Strong client service mindset
  • Team oriented with leadership potential
