We currently have an opportunity for a Wealth Advisor to join our team in our Winnipeg and Steinbach branches. The Wealth Advisor seeks to manage and grow the wealth management portfolio by providing exceptional service to both existing and potential members through promotion and sales of mutual funds-centered (Aviso Wealth) investment products and services.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business, providing member centered investment guidance aligned with their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive retirement strategies for members and prospective members, leveraging expertise in tax planning and investment principles.
- Strengthen member relationships by identifying financial needs and proactively recommending appropriate products and services to support their long‑term objectives.
- Maintain current knowledge of investment products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate advice and full compliance with industry standards.
- Proactively build and deepen relationships with new and existing members through needs‑based assessments, uncovering both immediate and future financial opportunities.
