About the Role
OME Real Estate is hiring a Turkish-Speaking Telesales & Customer Service Executive in Dubai to generate leads, provide customer support, and connect clients with real estate experts.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce OME Real Estate's services and investment opportunities
- Qualify leads and identify clients' needs before transferring them to the sales team
- Schedule appointments and property consultations for Real Estate Agents
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting clients
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain strong relationships
- Resolve customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow up
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish (mandatory)
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, call center, or similar role
- Currently based in the UAE is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage

Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish (mandatory).
- Good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, call center, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities with a customer first mindset.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Currently based in the UAE is a must.
