- Ensure visitors receive a high standard of hospitality and service
- Assist with office administration and executive support duties
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and business communication tools
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
