- The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in specialty coffee shops
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans and roasting
- Strong espresso and brewing skills
- Creativity in developing signature drinks
- Experience with suppliers and coffee sourcing
- Leadership and team management skills
- Passion for building a strong coffee brand
- Location: Abu Dhabi – Baniyas / Al Mafraq
