About the Role

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure new clients
- Visit villas, residential compounds, hotels, resorts, sports clubs, and property management companies
- Promote pool maintenance contracts, repair services, and renovation projects
- Conduct site visits and assist in preparing quotations
- Follow up on quotations and close sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure successful project delivery
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in sales or business development
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market is an advantage

- London Pools Maintenance LLC is a growing company specializing in pool maintenance, repairs, renovation, lighting solutions, equipment installation, leak detection, and commercial & residential pool services across Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure new clients.

Requirements

- Experience in swimming pools, facilities management, MEP, maintenance, landscaping, or construction is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market is an advantage.
