Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split, window, cassette, ducted, and central air conditioning systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment and perform troubleshooting
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
- Clean and service indoor and outdoor AC units, including filters, coils, condensers, and evaporators
- Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and perform refrigerant charging when required
- Inspect compressors, motors, thermostats, electrical wiring, and control systems for proper operation
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation
- Recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades to improve system performance and reliability
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of maintenance or repair work performed
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems when required
Requirements
- Experience with split, window, cassette, ducted, and central air conditioning systems
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of refrigerant levels, leak detection, and charging
- Valid QID and driving license preferred

Key Responsibilities – AC Technician
