- Instruct approved Weapons Director Practical and Theory subjects
- Manage Weapons Director courses as required
- Prepare and review courseware including lesson plans
- Prepare and review test and examination instruments and material
- Raise reports on performance of individual cadets and classes
- Counsel cadets on academic and disciplinary matters
- Invigilate tests and examinations
- Apply configuration control procedures for curriculum and courseware
- Use TMIS/LMIS to maintain training records
- Contribute to timetables, scheduling, and allocation of instructors
Requirements
- Experience in instructing Weapons Director subjects
- Ability to manage courses and develop courseware
- Competence in using training management information systems

Job Overview

- Provide an environment that encourages independent learning and a military ethos.
- Provide feedback to management to improve service performance.
- Ensure compliance with SHE policy and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in instructing Weapons Director subjects.
- Ability to manage courses and develop courseware.
- Competence in using training management information systems.
