- Manage risks and opportunities, ensuring safe operations

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and corporate policies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Job Purpose
- BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor for equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia.
- The Operations Manager Central is responsible for defining, planning, managing and delivering contractual obligations of facilities management scope.
- Focus on managing O&M suppliers, providing expert knowledge and leadership.
Job Accountabilities
- Responsibility for managing a number of business and residential facilities in Riyadh and Al Majma'ah.
- Responsibility for managing contractual obligations of the contract.
- Responsible for delivery of O&M through management of suppliers within SLAs.
- Responsibility for understanding and implementing relevant legislation.
- Accountable for facilities budgets and reporting.
- Responsible for identification, mitigation and closure of risks and opportunities.
- Accountable for reporting to senior management through monthly reviews.
- Ensuring facilities operate in a safe and secure manner.
- Accountable for development and implementation of operational plans.
- Bid management for local projects.
- Capturing requirements and defining solutions for customer requests.
- Acts as SME to assess supplier technical proposals.
