- Instruct approved Weapons Director Practical and Theory subjects
- Act as Course Manager for Weapons Director training courses
- Carry out WD Instructor and WD Simulator Support Specialist Evaluations
- Plan, prepare, input and test Simulator training exercises
- Manage WD Course scheduling and maintain data within TMIS
- Prepare and review courseware including lesson plans
- Prepare and review test and examination instruments
- Counsel Cadets on academic and disciplinary matters
Requirements
- Experience as a Weapons Director or instructor in military training
- Knowledge of simulator training exercises
- Ability to manage course scheduling and maintain training records

Job Overview

- Liaise with Manager of Weapons Director Training and RSAF Head of WD department.
- Plan, Prepare, Input and test Simulator training exercises.
- Manage WD Course scheduling and maintain WD Course data within TMIS.
- Manage WD Department Subject Matter and Questions Banks within the LCMS.
- Produce custom designed WD Department Crystal reports as and when required.
- Prepare and review courseware including lesson plans.
- Prepare and review test and examination instruments and material.
- Raise reports on performance of individual cadets and classes.
- Counsel Cadets on academic and disciplinary matters.
