As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Waterproofing Site Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of waterproofing projects.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the waterproofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Monitor project progress in collaboration with fellow Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams
• Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors
• Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization
• Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records
• Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries
• Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites
• Provide on-site mentorship, guidance, and training to crew members to support skill development and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

What You Bring to the Team

• Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong judgment and integrity in decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of construction and roofing materials
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
