Cladding Project Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Cladding Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the coordination and execution of multiple cladding projects at various stages of completion.

This is a developmental role for someone looking to build a career in construction project management, with opportunities to progress toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles.

Working across multiple projects and Project Managers, the Coordinator will assist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, shop drawing coordination, material and schedule tracking, site coordination, cost tracking, and closeout requirements.

As knowledge and experience develop, the coordinator will be expected to take advantage of assigned project responsibilities while working under the guidance of the Project Managers.

• Support multiple Project Managers and projects by coordinating communication and information between internal teams, field operations, General Contractors, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with project startup and ongoing coordination by reviewing drawings, specifications, scope, estimates, schedules, and other project documents, and help identify requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, and potential issues.
• Coordinate the shop drawing, submittal, and RFI process, including site measurements and scanning information, drafting coordination, reviews, submissions, comments, revisions, samples, product data, colour selections, mockups, and approvals.
• Assist Project Managers with project schedules, material procurement, supplier and subcontractor quotations, Requisition Forms, Purchase Order documentation, fabrication and delivery tracking, and follow-up on items that may affect project progress.
