Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate waterproofing activities on construction projects.
Manage site workers and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily waterproofing activities and allocate tasks to technicians and laborers.
- Ensure correct application of membranes, coatings, sealants, and related materials.
- Read drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Monitor progress and completion against project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and material controls.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a waterproofing foreman.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing methods, materials, and application techniques.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- A valid Qatari driving license is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000 to QAR 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Doha.
