Job Summary

Sales Coordination

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information on power tools and cleaning equipment.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to process and deliver orders on time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales transactions.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
• Process purchase orders and complete sales documentation accurately.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement when required.
• Support outdoor sales with pricing, product specifications, and customer requests.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer databases regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
• Experience with power tools, cleaning equipment, industrial equipment, or related products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Knowledge of quotations, order processing, and inventory coordination.

Pay

• Pay is QAR 3,500–4,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is located in Doha and requires in-person work.
