Role Overview
Dar Almasalla is seeking an experienced Waterjet Machine Operator for its Riyadh production team.
The operator will run CNC waterjet equipment for marble, natural stone, and related materials while working from drawings and cutting files.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is full-time and on-site at the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC waterjet machines, load stone slabs, prepare cutting programs, and verify tool paths.
- Review drawings and production instructions, then adjust machine parameters for material type, thickness, and cutting requirements.
- Monitor cutting accuracy, waterjet pressure, abrasive supply, operating conditions, and material waste.
- Inspect finished parts against drawings, dimensions, and quality specifications.
- Perform nesting and material utilization checks where required.
- Identify defects and machine issues, make adjustments, and report faults to maintenance.
- Clean equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance, and replace consumables such as nozzles, mixing tubes, and abrasives.
- Maintain production and material records and coordinate with technical drawing, production, maintenance, and quality-control teams.
- Follow factory safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
