Role Overview
Technical Draftsman role in Riyadh focused on shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical details for marble, stone, and interior finishing works.
The drawings must support production and installation and be based on architectural drawings, site measurements, approved designs, and project requirements.
Work Arrangement
- The role is full-time and on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare shop, fabrication, production, cutting, and technical drawings for marble, granite, natural stone, and related finishing works.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, enlarged details, dimensions, joints, edges, openings, cut-outs, and installation details.
- Review architectural and structural drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate drawings with site and production conditions.
- Coordinate with sanitary, plumbing, electrical, estimation, production, site, design, and project teams.
- Revise drawings based on consultant, client, site, and internal comments and maintain revision records.
- Support production by clarifying details and resolving technical issues.
