Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a water truck to spray and compact various stabilizing agents on construction sites
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Performing routine maintenance on the water truck to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Monitoring water levels and refilling the tank as needed
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Working collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on time and within specifications
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 or 1 driver's license with air endorsement
- Previous experience as a water truck driver in a construction or road maintenance setting
- Knowledge of water truck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Good understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to perform duties in various weather conditions
