Work directly at water slides to help guests use the attractions safely.
Check guests, explain rules, control guest flow, and monitor the slide area.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Doha, Qatar.
- The employment arrangement is temporary and short-term.
- Work is performed in person.
Main Responsibilities
- Check guests before they use the slide and confirm compliance with safety rules.
- Give simple instructions about safe slide use.
- Control guest entry timing to maintain safe distances.
- Monitor guests entering and exiting the attraction.
- Stop the attraction and report safety issues when necessary.
- Answer basic guest questions and provide friendly assistance.
- Keep the slide area safe, clean, and organized.
- Follow instructions from water park operations and safety teams.
Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience is required.
- Previous water park, theme park, hospitality, customer service, or similar experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working around water and outdoors.
- Candidates must be able to stand and remain alert for extended periods.
- Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred.
- A valid QID is required.
