Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily children's activities and programs.
- Welcome children and parents and provide friendly customer service.
- Organize games, activities, and interactive sessions suitable for children.
- Monitor children and ensure safety rules are followed.
- Prepare activity areas, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Communicate with parents about activities and general inquiries.
- Support special events, parties, and seasonal activities.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service representative experience is required.
- Experience in childcare, children's activities, education, recreation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Candidates should have good English communication, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with children and interacting with parents.
- Candidates should be able to organize activities and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong awareness of children's safety is required.
- A friendly, energetic, patient, and responsible approach is expected.
