About the Role
QatarEnergy LNG is seeking a Waste Management Analyst to implement and oversee waste management programs ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves coordinating waste operations, developing procedures, and managing contractor performance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate waste management operations activities related to collection, transportation, storage and disposal of waste
- Oversee day to day operation of Waste Management facilities ensuring safe, reliable and environmentally sound operations
- Support development and implementation of Company Waste Management Systems, Strategy and Corporate Waste Management Procedure
- Maintain communication with Assets to oversee plan out and execution of waste management activities on site
- Lead implementation of Waste Management and safety guidelines for field locations and facilities
- Provide technical expertise and support planning and implementation of waste treatment activities
- Provide planning, preparation and job execution support to Turnarounds
- Engage with all Waste Management contractors to ensure operational performance
- Develop and support roll out of waste management awareness programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
- 6 years varied environmental/waste management experience
- 3 years’ experience within oil and gas waste management
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of environmental and waste management issues

Job Purpose
- Implement Waste Management Program to ensure QatarEnergy LNG Waste Management system complies with local, state and international regulations.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Coordinate waste management operations activities related to collection, transportation, storage and disposal of waste.
- Oversee day to day operation of Waste Management facilities ensuring safe, reliable and environmentally sound operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
- 6 years varied environmental/waste management experience including 3 years’ experience within the oil and gas waste management.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of environmental and waste management issues.
