At Marshall Skoda Oxford, we’re looking for a detail-focused Warranty Administrator to manage warranty processes and support our workshop and service teams in delivering a seamless customer experience. In this role: You’ll oversee the accurate and timely completion of warranty-related administration, ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and group policies. You’ll manage your workload efficiently to meet all departmental objectives and legal requirements. You’ll ensure strict adherence to all Group, Manufacturer policies, and statutory legislation. We're looking for: Someone with previous administration experience, ideally with knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures. Someone confident in the use of IT systems; Kerridge experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided. Someone organised, process-driven and who manages time and workload effectively. Most importantly, someone who enjoys building good working relationships and upholds our Marshall values at all times.
