Role Overview

At Marshall Motor Group, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated Reward & Data Analyst to join one of the UK’s most trusted and innovative automotive retailers. This pivotal role involves executing reward strategies that help us attract, motivate, and retain top-tier talent. You will be responsible for ensuring our reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business objectives, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported. In this role: Lead on the development and implementation of reward and projects, programs, and policies. Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness. Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance practices. Provide expert advice to HR and management on all reward-related matters. Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees. Respond to reward-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders. Lead the annual pay review process and the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits. Collaborate with HR and the business to ensure alignment between reward strategies and overall business goals. Optimise our data hub and streamlining processes performed by the HR analysts. Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management. We're looking for: Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment. Experience in reviewing and administering UK employee benefits programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders Experience in benchmarking and job evaluation. Good knowledge of UK employment law, reward regulations and UK employee benefits legislation. Experience reviewing incentive schemes. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
