Ensuring all health and safety incidents and accidents are reported through the appropriate methods.
Encouraging a safe working environment throughout the warehouse
Monitoring performance and productivity rates on an hourly basis for all operatives
Role model for operational activities in the warehouse
Remain customer focused and understand the needs of the customer
Check and complete all paperwork relating to QHSE
Adhere to BRC standards on site
Operate the WMS (JDA) to an intermediate standard
Overseeing rework for a particular customer ensuring the product meets the requirement
High attention to detail to ensure all pallets are fully compliant as per the quality man
Handling and managing all non-compliant and clandestine loads for key customers

2 plus years in a warehouse role with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with experience in warehouse Management Systems (preferably JDA)
Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent organisational skills
Role model for safe work behaviours
Coach and mentor others to succeed
Lead by example
Able to handle long and short term multiple tasks, whilst working in a high stress fast paced environment.
