Warehouse Supervisor

Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations within the distribution or a similar industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team supervision and training.

Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of warehouse and driver personnel to meet daily operational goals.

In-depth knowledge of shipping, receiving, and delivery processes, with a strong emphasis on inventory control and fleet management.

Proficient in establishing efficient driver routes and maintaining streamlined delivery systems.

Committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment through the implementation of safety procedures.

Familiarity with chemical spill cleanup procedures and safety protocols.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Consistent and reliable attendance record.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently
