The Warehouse Supervisor & Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in managing daily warehouse operations and overseeing inventory control processes.
This dynamic position requires someone with a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing efficient inventory management strategies.
With a focus on optimizing processes and maximizing space utilization, the Warehouse Supervisor & Inventory Manager will work closely with other departments to align operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing necessary training and guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective inventory management and control.
- Conduct regular audits and inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage incoming and outgoing inventory.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong understanding of inventory management software and database systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
