System8 Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with a freight forwarding background.
The role focuses on warehouse floor operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory verification, cycle counts, and system reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records.
- Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while supporting space utilization and on-time fulfillment.
- Lead warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Coordinate with transport, procurement, and sales teams to support stock flow and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and HSE requirements on the warehouse floor.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and order discrepancies.
Requirements
- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on stock control responsibility.
- Experience coordinating with transport or logistics teams and forklift operators.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for stock integrity.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Dangerous goods cargo handling experience is preferred if applicable to the warehouse.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.
