Operations role based in Dubai, UAE.
The role manages day-to-day freight, logistics, and warehouse operations.
The posting states full-time employment and 2–3 years of experience with DG-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound air, sea, and land freight shipments.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Manage warehouse receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control using FIFO/FEFO.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PL partners, transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
- Plan delivery routes and transport schedules.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and order discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and HSE requirements.
- Supervise warehouse staff as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant freight, logistics, or warehouse experience.
- Experience in dangerous goods cargo handling.
- Solid knowledge of customs clearance and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Dangerous Goods certification is preferred.
