Warehouse Storekeeper

• Receive and inspect incoming building materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Check quantities, specifications, sizes, and condition of materials upon receipt.
• Properly store and organize materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all inventory movements are recorded.
• Issue materials based on approved sales orders, material requests, or delivery instructions.
• Prepare materials for customer collection and delivery.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist with monthly/annual inventory checks.
• Identify shortages, damaged goods, excess stock, and slow-moving items and report them to management.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and segregation of different materials.
• Follow appropriate handling and storage procedures for heavy, fragile, and sensitive materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, delivery, and accounts departments regarding stock availability and discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain goods receiving notes, material issue records, delivery documents, and other warehouse documentation.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
